1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and SendGate ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the SendGate website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

By accessing or using SendGate, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service.

SendGate provides technical risk analysis of email addresses based on publicly available DNS records and other technical indicators.

2. Credit Based Usage

SendGate operates on a usage based credit system. One credit is consumed for each email address analyzed.

Credits are deducted at the time of analysis and are non refundable once used. Any free or promotional credits provided are offered for evaluation purposes only and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. No Guarantees or Warranties

SendGate provides probabilistic analysis and risk indicators only. The service does not guarantee email deliverability, inbox placement, sender reputation outcomes, or prevention of domain or IP blocking.

The analysis results are provided for informational and decision support purposes and should not be considered as guarantees, certifications, or professional advice.

4. Acceptable Use and Responsibility

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to upload, process, and analyze any email lists submitted to the service, including obtaining any required user consent.

You agree not to use SendGate for unlawful activities, unsolicited messaging, harassment, or any activity that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third party rights.

5. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries and returns related to payments and billing.
