Refund Policy
SendGate products are sold through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the authorized reseller of the Product, which means that you purchase the Product from Paddle, but the Product is licensed to you by SendGate (the "Supplier").
1. Digital Content and Right of Withdrawal
If you are a Consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason, provided the exception below does not apply.
Where a Product is Digital Content (such as analysis credits) which is immediately made available, by acquiring the Product, you consent to immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal from the agreement once the applicable transmission of the Digital Content has begun.
2. Standard Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original transaction. Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle and on a case-by-case basis and may be refused. Paddle will refuse a refund request if there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior that entitles Paddle to counterclaim the refund.
If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of the Product, your exclusive and sole remedy is either replacement of the Product or refund of the price paid, as determined by Paddle.
3. Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a Consumer in relation to Products which are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.
