At SendGate ("we", "us", or "our"), we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your data.
1. Information We Collect
We collect your account email address when you create an account in order to provide access to the SendGate service and related communications.
When you upload email lists for analysis, SendGate processes the submitted data solely for the purpose of generating risk analysis reports. The service does not use uploaded data for any other purpose.
2. Data Processing and Retention
Uploaded email lists
Uploaded files, including CSV files containing email addresses, are processed temporarily to perform the requested analysis. These files are deleted from temporary storage after the analysis is completed.
Analysis results
SendGate stores only summarized and derived analysis data, such as aggregate counts, risk classifications, and metadata necessary to display reports within your account. Individual email addresses from uploaded lists are not retained after processing.
3. No Outreach Policy
SendGate does not send emails to any addresses contained in uploaded lists. The service does not contact, message, or otherwise interact with the analyzed email addresses. All processing is passive and limited to technical analysis.
